There are many kinds of motor control circuits, and friends who like circuit research often like to think about various control circuits. Meet their own hands-on ability at the same time, but also full of a sense of accomplishment.
Today, we are here to share with you the classic circuit - a key start/stop. Many friends say that this circuit is not very practical. But it is true that in the work, it is also applied.
For example, in many belt-driven assembly lines, the application of one-touch start-stop is indeed a large number of people. As a non-standard manufacturer from cost considerations, saving material costs is the way to go.
Well, no more nonsense. I will go straight to the diagram to explain. There are two versions of this circuit diagram found so far, so let's understand them one by one.
The components to be used are two intermediate relays, a contactor (auxiliary contacts two open and one closed). The contactor drives the motor operation and controls the related equipment. The intermediate relays are responsible for the start-stop coordinated conversion.
Circuit analysis: Press the SB start button (remember this button is a self-resetting normally open button) KM normally closed auxiliary contact KA2 relay normally closed contact to KA1 relay coil KA1 related contacts will move a little.
The third circuit KM upper KA1 normally open contact closure KA2 normally closed KM coil gets power to suck the upper KM auxiliary normally open contact self-protection motor operation. When the SB button is released at this time, it will not affect the KM, because it gets power and skips the control range of the SB.
When the SB is released, remember that KA1 will be de-energized, that is, the relevant contacts are still reset. The difference is that the state of the KM auxiliary contact in the first two circuits is changed (this is the point).
Since the state of the contacts has changed when the KM is started, it indirectly paves the way for the KA2 to be powered. When the button is pressed again KA1 road does not go KA2 after 6 km has closed contact KA1 normally closed KA2 coil KA2 to get power, the relevant contacts should be action 3 KM coil on the KA2 auxiliary contacts to disconnect a little resulting in the loss of power to the KM coil, self-preservation is lifted, the motor stops.
After the loss of power to the KM coil, the relevant contacts return to the initial state and prepare for the next start. So far a working cycle - one key start/stop is completed.

How to choose a qualified injection molding supplier for the motor industry?
Injection molding is one of the popular manufacturing methods for producing plastic parts throughout the world, enabling the mass production of high quality parts with an accuracy of 0.02mm or less. Choosing the incorrect part not only affects the quality of the final product, but can also lead to its functional failure, increased costs and unsatisfied customers. To ensure consistent quality, manufacturers must consider and control a range of parameters in the injection molding process, such as temperature, mold design and machine efficiency. To ensure the highest quality parts for motor OEMs, an injection molding manufacturer needs to be selected that offers expertise and technology at every stage of the process.
What are the structures of vertical motors?
The role of the impeller is the same as that of the centrifugal pump, which converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure and kinetic energy of the fluid. It consists of vanes, hub, dynamic vane adjustment mechanism and so on.
What are the operating characteristics of vertical motors?
Vertical motor thrust bearings (hereinafter referred to as thrust bearings) are mainly used for vertical installation of rotating motors and other equipment. In addition to bearing the axial and radial loads of rotating parts (such as motor rotor), they also need to bear the loads of pump rotating parts and axial water thrust, which is the key support part of the whole pump set. The bearings can be self-lubricating or pressure oil circulation lubrication according to the different working conditions and load selection.
