INTRODUCE

YE3/YE4 Series three -phase asynchronous electric motor, is developed as a new design of our company based on the characteristics of water pumps. YE3/YE4 Series motor with unique appearance, IP55 protection degree, class F insulation, and a good function of energy saving can reach high effciency class in line with international standard IE2 and Chiness standard dfficiency class 2, Which has made it and ideal evergy saving product. Moreover, it has other good features like high starting torque, slight noise, low vibration, optimum structure, convenoent operation and so on.
In order to solve problems like high torque, vibration and noise in pumps, we use cast iron material for all front flange and rear endshield in our new JLP motor, and this improvement can completely meet the application of various types of pumps.

Ambient tempetature: -15℃< 0 < 40℃
Altiude: altiltude should be lower than 1000 meters above sea level.
Rated voltage: 380V, 400V, 415V
Rated frequency: 50HZ, 60HZ
Connection: Star- connection for 3kw or less whereass deltaconnection for 4kw or more.
Duty/Rating: Continuous (S1)
Insulation class: F, the temperature rise of the stator winding is examind at 80k (by resistance method).
Protection class: The main body of the motor is IP54, IP55, but the terminal boxeaches IP55.
Cooling method: IC411
